- Representative Sheppard moved to adopt the meeting minutes from February 12, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4061 before the committee: HB 4061 (Rep. Yaroch) A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled"Michigan memorial highway act,"(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 21a. Representative Yaroch testified in support of HB 4061. Questions and discussion followed. Troy Hagon, representing the Michigan Department of Transportation, submitted a card with a neutral positon on the bill, but did not wish to speak. Chairman O'Malley explained the proposed substitute (H-1).
