From report to public decision
Submitter contact information is never included in the public release.
- ReceivedThe report gets a durable correction ID and privacy-separated contact record.
- TriagedReviewers identify the affected fact, release, source, and issue category.
- Evidence reviewedPrimary evidence is compared with the operational record and methodology.
- Disposition publishedThe public log states the decision, rationale, and fixing release—or why no change was made.

Appeals, takedowns, and preservation
A submitter may ask reviewers to reconsider a disposition with new evidence. Rights and takedown reports use the same durable process but may receive an expedited unpublished safety review. Accepted changes enter the operational review model, pass the normal audit gates, and appear in a later immutable release. Prior releases remain available and are marked superseded when appropriate.
The frozen paper dataset is never changed in place. Paper errata identify the affected claim, original release, corrected release, and effect on the paper’s findings.
