A correction never silently rewrites history. Material changes receive a durable public identifier, an evidence review, a disposition, and a new release while the original release remains available.

From report to public decision
Submitter contact information is never included in the public release.

No correction dispositions are published in this release
Zero means the versioned public log is empty. It does not mean that no feedback has ever been received; pending/private intake is never counted as a published disposition.
Appeals, takedowns, and preservation
A submitter may ask reviewers to reconsider a disposition with new evidence. Rights and takedown reports use the same durable process but may receive an expedited unpublished safety review. Accepted changes enter the operational review model, pass the normal audit gates, and appear in a later immutable release. Prior releases remain available and are marked superseded when appropriate.
The frozen paper dataset is never changed in place. Paper errata identify the affected claim, original release, corrected release, and effect on the paper’s findings.
