- Representative Lilly moved to adopt the meeting minutes from 02/26/2019 10:30 AM. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4112 before the committee: HB 4112 (Rep. Vaupel) A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled"Michigan liquor control code of 1998,"(MCL 436.1101 to 436.2303) by adding section 905a. Representative Webber testified in support of HB 4112. Questions and discussion followed. Cindy Denby, Representative Vaupel's Office, testified in support of HB 4112. Questions and discussion followed. The following people submitted a card in support of HB 4112, but did not wish to speak: Amy Zaagman, Michigan Council for Maternal and Child Health Jared Burkhart, Michigan Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics There being no further business before the committee, Rep.
