- Representative Calley moved to adopt the minutes from the February 26th, 2019 meeting. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair invited Rich Bowman, Director of Government Relations, representing The Nature Conservancy, to give a presentation. Questions and discussion followed. The Chair invited Nikki Ghorpade, Public Policy Intern, representing Duck’s Unlimited, to give a presentation. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Sowerby moved to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection Rep. Wakeman were excused from the meeting.
