- Representative Wozniak moved to adopt the minutes from the May 1st, 2019 meeting. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4266 before the committee: HB 4266 (Rep. Cole) A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled “Revised judicature act of 1961,"(MCL 600.101 to 600.9947) by adding section 2979. Representative Triston Cole testified in support of HB 4266. Questions and discussion followed. Joe Baumann, representing Wolverine Power, testified in support of HB 4266. Craig Borr, , representing the Michigan Electric Cooperative Association, testified in support of HB 4266. The following people submitted a card in support of HB 4266, but did not wish to speak: Andrew Vermeesch, , representing the Michigan Farm Bureau.
