Amend page 15, following line 14, by inserting: "Independent citizens redistricting commission..................................................$ 4,616,600" and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. 3. Amend page 67, line 24, by striking out all of Section 617. Representative Hood explained the amendments.
