- Representative Reilly moved to adopt the meeting minutes from May 16, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid before the committee the following: Office of the Auditor General Performance Audit Report Oversight and Encounter Claim Integrity of the Comprehensive Health Care Program, Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, May 2019 #391-0702-17 Mary Jo Koschay and Lori Leaming, representing the Office of the Auditor General, testified. The Chair laid HB 4336 and HB 4574 before the committee: HB 4336 (Rep. Johnson) A bill to amend 2003 PA 1, entitled “An act to provide for the audit and examination of this state and state funds; to provide for the audit and examination of the books and accounts of all branches, departments, offices, boards, commissions, agencies, authorities, and institutions of this state; to prescribe powers and duties of certain state officers and employees; to provide for access to certain records; to provide for the subpoena of witnesses and production of documents and records; to prescribe penalties; and to provide for the administration of this act,"by amending the title and section 1 (MCL 13.101). HB 4574 (Rep. LaGrand) A bill to amend 1846 RS 1, entitled "Of the statutes," (MCL 8.1 to 8.9) by adding section 6a.
