Hornberger. At 11:05 AM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 11:06 AM, the Chair called the committee back to order. Dr. Sara Sue Schaetterrepresenting the Michigan Mental Health Counselors Association, testified in support of HB 4325 and (H-3).
