- Representative Steven Johnson moved to adopt the meeting minutes from September 12, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Chair Hall laid before the committee the following: Office of the Auditor General Performance Audit Report Michigan Cyber Civil Corps, Michigan Department of Technology, Management, and Budget September 2019 #071-0519-19 Presentation by the Office of the Auditor General Shelly Fanson and Keith Edwards representing the Office of the Auditor General, testified regarding the audit report. Questions and discussion followed. Chair Hall laid before the committee the following: Presentation by the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget Chris DeRusha, Chief Security Officer, and Bree Anderson representing the Department of Management and Budget presented to the committee regarding the audit. Questions and discussion followed. There being no further business before the committee, Rep. Matt Hall adjourned the meeting at 11:34 AM.
