Nays: Reps. Warren, Byrd, Hertel. Pass: None. Representative Leutheuser offered the following amendments to HB 5229 (H-1): 1. Amend page 1, line 1, after "to" by inserting "this subsection and". 2. Amend page 1, line 4, after "endeavor." by inserting "If a tax is levied by a joint endeavor for public transit services, the contract providing for the joint endeavor must include the method by which the public transit services of the joint endeavor will be provided throughout the service area of the joint endeavor.".
