- Representative Manoogian moved to adopt the meeting minutes from January 21, 2020. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid a presentation on Cyber Security before the committee. The Chair welcomed Laura Clark, representing the Michigan Department of Technology, Management, and Budget, Detective First Lieutenant Jim Ellis, Michigan State Police, and Lt. Colonel Daniel Guy, Commander, 272d Cyber Operations Squadron, Michigan Air National Guard, to give a presentation on Cyber Security. Questions and discussion followed.
