Tate) A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled "The code of criminal procedure," by amending section 13m of chapter XVII (MCL 777.13m), as amended by 2016 PA 549. HB 5299 (Rep. LaGrand) A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled "The code of criminal procedure," by amending section 1 of chapter XI (MCL 771.1), as amended by 2006 PA 631. HB 5627 (Rep. Elder) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by repealing section 7415 (MCL 333.7415). HB 5657 (Rep.
