Amend page 9, following line 13, by inserting: “DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT, GREAT LAKES, AND ENERGY Sec. 401. Funds appropriated in part 1 for land and water interface permit programs shall be used by the department of environment, Great Lakes, and energy to review dam inspection policies, support ongoing dam investigations, and provide recommendations to the legislature about needed dam inspection policies and funding within 90 days.” and renumbering the remaining sections.
