- Representative Leutheuser moved to adopt substitute (H-2) to HB 5832. The motion prevailed 11-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Iden, Lilly, Leutheuser, Griffin, Hauck, Kahle, Meerman, Warren, Byrd, Hertel, Bolden. Nays: None. Pass: None. Representative Lilly offered the following amendments to HB 5832 (H-2): 1. Amend page 6, line 5, after "a" by striking out the balance of the line through "basis." on line 12 and inserting "prescreening unit established under section 409 or a facility certified under chapter 9A that provides unscheduled clinical services designed to prevent or ameliorate a behavioral health crisis or reduce acute symptoms on an immediate, intensive, and time-limited basis in response to a crisis situation.". 2. Amend page 19, following line 21, by inserting: "(g) Standards for reimbursement of services for uninsured individuals, underinsured individuals, or both, and Medicaid beneficiaries, including, but not limited to, formal agreements with community mental health services programs or regional entities for services provided to individuals utilizing public behavioral health funds, outreach and enrollment for eligible health coverage, annual rate setting, proper communication with payers, and methods for resolving billing disputes between providers and payers." and relettering the remaining subdivisions. 3. Amend page 19, line 25, after "of" by striking out "face-to-face". 4. Amend page 19, line 27, after "the" by striking out "face-to-face".
