Representative LaGrand offered the following amendments to HB 6030: 1. Amend page 5, line 9, by striking out all of section 4. 2. Amend page 5, line 16, after "operates" by striking out the balance of the line through "harm" on line 19 and inserting "in compliance with federal and state statutes or regulations, executive orders, and state agency orders and consistent with public health guidance, that are applicable at the time to the conduct or risk that allegedly caused harm,".
