The Chair laid the following before the committee: Presentation from Mayor Rudy Giuliani, from President Donald J. Trump’s legal team The Chair made a statement to the committee. The Chair invited Mayor Rudy Giuliani to testify before the committee. Representative Camilleri requested a point of order per rule 35 that those testifying be put under oath. The Chair ruled Representative Camilleri out of Order. At 6:16 PM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 6:17 PM, the Chair called the committee back to order.
