The Chair laid HB 4171 and HB 4172 before the committee: HB 4171 (Rep. Allor) A bill to amend 1969 PA 317, entitled "Worker's disability compensation act of 1969," by amending section 405 (MCL 418.405), as amended by 2014 PA 515. HB 4172 (Rep. Representative Allor and Representative Yaroch both testified in support of HB 4171 and HB 4172. Questions and discussion followed. Chief Michael O'Brian, representing the Brighton Fire Department, testified in support of HB 4171 and HB 4172.
