Koleszar. Pass: None. Representative Koleszar offered the following amendments to HB 4127(H-1): 1. Amend page 2, line 7, after "must" by striking out the balance of the subdivision and inserting "sign his or her name.". 2. Amend page 2, line 18, after the first "birth" by striking out "and proof of date of birth". 3. Amend page 2, line 21, after "card" by striking out "and provide proof of date of birth". 4. Amend page 3, line 1, by striking out all of subsection (3) and renumbering the remaining subsections. 5. Amend page 3, line 7, after "subsection" by striking out "(5)," and inserting "(4),". 6. Amend page 3, line 8, after "card" by striking out the comma and "and provides proof of his or her date of birth,".
