- Representative Morse moved to adopt the meeting minutes from February 17, 2021. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by the Michigan Environmental Council. Charlotte Jameson and Abbey Wallace, both representing the Michigan Environmental Council, gave a presentation to the committee. Questions and discussion followed. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by Michigan Municipal Electric Association. Katie Abraham, representing the Michigan Municipal Electric Association, gave a presentation to the committee. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by the Michigan Energy Innovation Business Council. Dr. Laura Sherman, representing the Michigan Energy Innovation Council, gave a presentation to the committee. Questions and discussion followed.
