The Chair laid HB 4627 before the committee: HB 4627 (Rep. Brixie) A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled "The code of criminal procedure," by amending section 9c of chapter IV (MCL 764.9c), as amended by 2020 PA 393. Tom Boyd, State Court Administrator, testified with a neutral position on HB 4627. Questions and discussion followed.
