- Representative Tate moved to withdraw the amendments. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Representative Weiss offered the following amendments to HB 4421 (H-2): 1. Amend page 6, line 11, by striking out all of subdivision (b) and relettering the remaining subdivisions. 2. Amend page 7, line 3, by striking out all of subdivision (d). 3. Amend page 9, line 4 after "district" by striking out the balance of the line through "enrolled" on line 24 and inserting "that has an ESSER III formula payment per pupil that is less than $1,093.00 is an eligible district under this subsection".
