As a condition of receiving funds appropriated in part 1, the department of state police shall not identify specific employers by name in communications distributed to the press with respect to citations issued and enforcement actions taken for violations of emergency rules and orders by any state department, agency, board, commission, subdivision, or other executive branch entity or official.".
