Yaroch) A bill to amend 1893 PA 206, entitled "The general property tax act," by amending section 7b (MCL 211.7b), as amended by 2013 PA 161. HB 4626 (Rep. Coleman) A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled "Natural resources and environmental protection act," by amending section 2154 (MCL 324.2154), as amended by 2018 PA 239. Aaron Keel and David Buick, representing the Michigan Department of Treasury, testified in opposition to HB 4624, HB 4625 and HB 4626. Questions and discussion followed.
