The Chair laid HB 4699 before the committee: HB 4699 (Rep. Pohutsky) A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled "The Michigan penal code," by amending section 520l (MCL 750.520l), as amended by 1988 PA 138. Representative Pohutsky testified in support of HB 4699.
