- Representative Koleszar moved to adopt the minutes from the November 2nd, 2021 meeting. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid a presentation by the United States Postal Service on the USPS 2020 Election Report and Election Overview before the committee. The presenters were Stan Franke, Nan Raymond, Dan Bentley and Dushon Sims. Questions and discussion followed. There being no further business before the committee, Rep.
