Hope) A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled "The code of criminal procedure," by amending section 19 of chapter XVI (MCL 776.19). Representative Hood and Sheriff Scott Wrigglesworth, representing Ingham County and the Michigan Sheriffs' Association, testified together in support of HB 4173. Questions and discussion followed.
