HB 5884 (Rep. Berman) A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled "The code of criminal procedure," by amending section 16m of chapter XVII (MCL 777.16m), as amended by 2018 PA 637. Representative Berman introduced the bills. Questions and discussion followed. The following person submitted a card in support of HB 5883 and HB 5884, but did not wish to speak: Brady Schickinger, representing the Michigan Coalition For Responsible Gun Owners.
