Carter moved to adopt Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. in Room 519 of the House Office Building as the day, time, and location for regularly scheduled meetings of the House Criminal Justice Committee. The motion prevailed 12-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Hope, Andrews, Tyrone Carter, Breen, Young, Dievendorf, Tsernoglou, Filler, Mueller, Bezotte, Harris, BeGole. Nays: None. Pass: None. Chair Hope announced that the House Criminal Justice Committee will follow the Uniform Committee rules, stated in the House Standing Rules, that were adopted on the House Floor. Chair Hope laid before the committee a presentation by the Michigan State Police. Sergeant Travis Fletcher and Trooper Kristina Lidak Droste gave a presentation to the committee. Questions and discussion followed. Chair Hope laid before the committee a presentation by the State Court Administrative Office. The State Court Administrator, Tom Boyd, gave a presentation to the committee. Questions and discussion followed.
