- Representative Outman moved to adopt the meeting minutes from January 24, 2023. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid the presentation from the Michigan Department of Transportation before the committee. Greg Brunner, P.E. and Laura Mester C.P.A., representing the Michigan Department of Transportation, provided a presentation on the Department. Questions and discussion followed. At 11:08 AM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 11:22 AM, the Chair called the committee back to order. The Chair laid the presentation from the Secretary of State before the committee. Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Attorney General Dana Nessel, and Deputy Legal Director Khyla Craine provided a presentation on Customer Service Operations within the Michigan Secretary of State. Questions and discussion followed. There being no further business before the committee, Chair Shannon adjourned the meeting at 11:47 AM.
