- Representative Fink moved to adopt the amendment to HB 4292. The motion did not prevail 12- 17-0: UNFAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Representative Bollin offered the following amendment to HB 4292: 1. Amend page 73, following line 23, by inserting: "Sec. 723. The department of state shall submit a report by September 30 on the activities and services of all mobile branch office vehicle units. The report must include, but is not limited to, the names of facilities and addresses visited by each mobile office, the date of visit, whether the type of facility visited was a public or private facility, and the number of transactions processed by type, including motor vehicle, voter, and licensing transactions, per location.".
