- Representative Cavitt moved to adopt the amendment to HB 4309. The motion did not prevail 12-2-15: UNFAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Lightner, Bollin, Green, Slagh, Beson, Borton, Fink, Cavitt, DeBoer, Kuhn, Schuette, Steele. Nays: Reps. Weiss, Price. Pass: Reps. Witwer, O'Neal, Brixie, Hood, Brabec, Morse, Puri, Steckloff, Martus, McKinney, Mentzer, Morgan, Skaggs, Snyder, Wilson. Representative Steele offered the following amendment to HB 4309: 1. Amend page 30, following line 25, by inserting: "Sec. 612. On or before March 15, the department shall submit a report to the house and senate appropriations subcommittees on transportation, the house and senate fiscal agencies, and the state budget director on the department's incentive-disincentive program with respect to contracts for state trunkline capital construction. The report shall identify contract incentives and disincentives for state trunkline construction contracts completed in the preceding fiscal year. The report shall include a list, by project, of the contractors that received contract incentives and/or disincentives, the amount of the incentives and/or disincentives, the fund source of any incentives, and the number of days that each project was completed either ahead or past the contracted completion date.".
