ONE-TIME APPROPRIATIONS Michigan bridge bundling initiative 110,500,000 Local road preservation 400,000,000 Marine passenger capital grant 15,000,000 GROSS APPROPRIATION $ 525,500,000" and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly.
