Chang) A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled "The Michigan penal code," by amending section 335 (MCL 750.335), as amended by 2002 PA 672. Senator Chang and Marshall Hunt, representing the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants / Accounting Aid Society, testified together in support of SB 56.
