The Chair laid SB 150 before the committee: SB 150 (Sen. Chang) A bill to amend 1973 PA 186, entitled "Tax tribunal act," by amending section 62 (MCL 205.762), as amended by 2008 PA 128. Ellen Heinitz, representing Senator Chang's Office, and Patricia Halm, representing the Michigan Tax Tribunal, testified in support of SB 150.
