The Chair laid HB 5030, HB 5031 and HB 5032 before the committee: HB 5030 (Rep. Coffia) A bill to amend 1966 PA 346, entitled "State housing development authority act of 1966," by amending section 30 (MCL 125.1430), as amended by 1982 PA 506. HB 5031 (Rep. Puri) A bill to amend 1966 PA 346, entitled "State housing development authority act of 1966," by amending section 21 (MCL 125.1421), as amended by 2000 PA 257. HB 5032 (Rep. Snyder) A bill to amend 1966 PA 346, entitled "State housing development authority act of 1966," by amending section 44 (MCL 125.1444), as amended by 2017 PA 127. The following people submitted a card in support of HB 5030, HB 5031, (H-2) and HB 5032, but did not wish to speak: Brad Wad, representing the Michigan Realtors. Mark Garcia, representing the Michigan State Housing Development Authority. Kyle Richard representing the Rent is Too Damn High testified with a neutral position on HB 5030, HB 5031, (H-2) and HB 5032. At 4:28 PM, the Chair laid the committee at ease.
