Liberati) A bill to amend 1883 PA 98, entitled "An act to punish persons who procure or place upon record spurious or fraudulent conveyances of real estate, with intent to deceive," by amending the title and section 1 (MCL 565.371). HB 5599 (Rep. Liberati) A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled "The code of criminal procedure," by amending section 15b of chapter XVII (MCL 777.15b), as amended by 2014 PA 451. Alex McDowell, representing Representative Liberati, explained the changes in substitute (H- 1) to HB 5598.
