Schmaltz, Wozniak, Johnsen, Thompson, Pavlov and Woolford. HB 4279 (Rep. Jaime Greene) A bill to create a Michigan Army National Guard and Air National Guard apprenticeship program; and to provide for the powers and duties of certain state governmental officers and entities. Nays: None. Pass: Reps. Fox, Young, Byrnes, Rheingans and Xiong. The Chair laid a presentation on the Office of the Child Advocate before the committee.
