Nays: Reps. Tisdel, Frisbie, VanderWall, Lightner, Martin, Posthumus, Alexander, Aragona and Schuette. Pass: None. Representative Breen offered the following amendment to HB 4202: 1. Amend page 24, following line 22, by inserting: "Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 103rd Legislature are enacted into law: (a) Senate Bill No. 29. (b) Senate Bill No. 30. (c) Senate Bill No. 31. (d) Senate Bill No. 32. (e) Senate Bill No. 33. (f) Senate Bill No. 34. (g) Senate Bill No. 36. (h) Senate Bill No. 37. (i) Senate Bill No. 38. (j) Senate Bill No. 39.".
