The Chair laid HB 4727, HB 4728 and HB 4729 before the committee: HB 4727 (Rep. Wilson) A bill to amend 1998 PA 386, entitled "Estates and protected individuals code," by amending sections 5106, 5313, and 5409 (MCL 700.5106, 700.5313, and 700.5409), section 5106 as amended by 2017 PA 136, section 5313 as amended by 2024 PA 1, and section 5409 as amended by 2000 PA 463. HB 4728 (Rep. Schmaltz) A bill to amend 1980 PA 299, entitled "Occupational code," by amending section 303a (MCL 339.303a), as amended by 2014 PA 265, and by adding article 14A. HB 4729 (Rep. VanderWall) A bill to amend 1974 PA 258, entitled "Mental health code," by amending section 628 (MCL 330.1628), as amended by 1995 PA 290.
