Cavitt) A bill to regulate the distribution, sale, and manufacture of kratom products; to require licensing for certain conduct related to kratom and kratom products; to prohibit the distribution, sale, and manufacturing of certain kratom products; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state governmental officers and entities; to prescribe fines and sanctions; to provide remedies; and to require the promulgation of rules.
