St. Germaine) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending section 7204 (MCL 333.7204), as amended by 2012 PA 182. HB 5201 (Rep. Paquette) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," (MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 2835. HB 5202 (Rep. Wortz) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," (MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 2837. HB 5203 (Rep. Smit) A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled "The code of criminal procedure," by amending section 13k of chapter XVII (MCL 777.13k), as amended by 2023 PA 208. SB 95 (Sen. Lindsey) A bill to prohibit hospitals from attempting to collect debts incurred when not in compliance with price transparency laws; and to provide remedies.
