DeSana) A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled "Revised judicature act of 1961," by amending sections 1908, 2529, and 2559 (MCL 600.1908, 600.2529, and 600.2559), as amended by 2023 PA 35. HB 4139 (Rep.
