Kuhn) A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled "The Michigan penal code," (MCL 750.1 to 750.568) by adding section 89a. HB 5158 (Rep. Kuhn) A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled "The code of criminal procedure," by amending section 16d of chapter XVII (MCL 777.16d), as amended by 2023 PA 208. Representative Breen offered the following amendment to HB 5157: 1. Amend page 2, following line 21, by inserting: "Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 103rd Legislature are enacted into law: (a) House Bill No. 4166. (b) House Bill No. 4167.".
