Harris) A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled "The Michigan penal code," (MCL 750.1 to 750.568) by adding section 356e. HB 5126 (Rep. Frisbie) A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled "The code of criminal procedure," by amending section 16r of chapter XVII (MCL 777.16r), as amended by 2002 PA 279. A substitute (H-1) to HB 5125 was previously adopted on February 25, 2026.
