Frisbie) A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled "The code of criminal procedure," by amending section 16r of chapter XVII (MCL 777.16r), as amended by 2002 PA 279. A substitute (H-1) to HB 5125 was previously adopted on February 25, 2026.
