- Representative Edwards moved to adopt the amendments to HB 5619. The motion did not prevail 12-16-0: UNFAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Tate, O'Neal, Rogers, Steckloff, Glanville, Edwards, Farhat, Martus, McKinney, Morgan, Snyder and Longjohn. Nays: Reps. Bollin, Maddock, Phil Green, Jenkins-Arno, Kelly, Markkanen, Mueller, Slagh, VanWoerkom, Beson, Borton, Roth, Cavitt, Kuhn, Steele and Robinson. Pass: None. Representative Snyder offered the following amendments to HB 5619: 1. Amend page 628, line 6, after "items" by striking out "145,277,100" and inserting "146,877,100" and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. 2. Amend page 681, following line 10, by inserting: "Sec. 1002. From the funds appropriated in part 1 for legislatively directed spending items, $1,600,000.00 must be awarded to the city of Bay City in Bay County for the Lafayette Bridge replacement and reconstruction project.".
