Representative Glanville offered the following amendments to HB 5619: 1. Amend page 99, following line 20, by inserting: Sec. 117. ONE-TIME APPROPRIATIONS Foster care oversight $ 150,000 GROSS APPROPRIATION $ 150,000 Appropriated from: Special revenue funds: Countercyclical budget and economic stabilization fund 150,000 State general fund/general purpose $ 0 and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. 2. Amend page 124, following line 2, by inserting: "ONE-TIME APPROPRIATIONS Sec. 1000. From the funds appropriated in part 1 for foster care oversight, there is appropriated an amount not less than $150,000.00 for implementation costs associated with section 1281c of the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1281c.".
