The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding SB 18 (Sen. Chang). 2. Testimony regarding SB 32 (Sen. Santana). The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:09 p.m. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Chang, Sen.(s) Shink, Wojno, Irwin, Santana, Runestad and Johnson, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Shink to adopt the meeting minutes from February 9, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding SB 18: Sen. Sam Singh – Support Rep. Sharon MacDonell – Support Karen Korematsu – Support Naoko Wake – Support Katherine Bussard – Support The Chair read the cards of those individuals not wishing to testify before the committee regarding SB 18: Bill Flory, Michigan Association for Justice – Support The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding SB 32: Sen.
