ROGER HAUCK CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, February 23, 2021 10:30 AM Room 352, House Appropriations, State Capitol Building The House Committee on Regulatory Reform was called to order by Chair Hauck. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hauck, Hoitenga, Bellino, Hall, Mueller, Wendzel, Clements, Damoose, Outman, Hertel, Jones, Yancey, Garza, Witwer, Steenland. Absent: None. Excused: None. The Chair laid HB 4015 before the committee: HB 4015 (Rep. Lightner) A bill to amend 1976 PA 331, entitled "Michigan consumer protection act," by amending section 3 (MCL 445.903), as amended by 2020 PA 296, and by adding section 3m. Representative Bellino moved to adopt substitute (H-3) to HB 4015. The motion prevailed 15-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Hauck, Hoitenga, Bellino, Hall, Mueller, Wendzel, Clements, Damoose, Outman, Hertel, Jones, Yancey, Garza, Witwer, Steenland. Nays: None. Pass: None. The following people submitted a card in support of HB 4015, but did not wish to speak: Tyler Diers, representing TechNet. Luke Rollins, representing RELX, Inc. Representative Outman moved to report out HB 4015 with recommendation, as substitute (H- 3). The motion prevailed 15-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. The Chair laid HB 4115 before the committee: HB 4115 (Rep. Berman) A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled "Michigan liquor control code of 1998," by amending section 1114 (MCL 436.2114), as amended by 2011 PA 27, and by adding section 1116.
