- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON ECONOMIC COMPETITIVENESS REP. MIKE HOADLEY CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Thursday, August 21, 2025 10:30 AM Room 521, House Office Building The House Committee on Economic Competitiveness was called to order by Chair Hoadley. The Chair requested attendance to be called: Present: Reps. Hoadley, Bohnak, Harris, BeGole, DeBoyer, St. Germaine, Brixie and Tate. Absent: Reps. Outman, Grant and Coffia. Excused: Reps. Outman, Grant and Coffia. Representative DeBoyer moved to adopt the meeting minutes from June 26, 2025. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. The Chair laid the presentation from Automation Alley before the committee. Executive Director and CEO Tom Kelly, and COO Pavan Muzumdar, both representing Automation Alley, joined by CEO George Caravias, representing Geofabrica, and Aravind Jonnalagadda, representing Synergy Prototype Stamping, LLC, provided a presentation on Project Diamond. Questions and discussions followed. Representative St. Germaine moved to excuse Representatives Outman, Grant and Coffia from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. There being no further business before the committee, Chair Hoadley adjourned the meeting at 11:29 AM.
