MATT HALL CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Thursday, June 13, 2019 10:30 AM Room 326, House Office Building The House Standing Committee on Oversight was called to order by Chair Hall. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hall, Reilly, Webber, S Johnson, LaFave, Schroeder, C Johnson, Camilleri, LaGrand. Absent/Excused: None. Representative Reilly moved to adopt the meeting minutes from June 6, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid before the committee the following: Office of the Auditor General Performance Audit Report Oversight and Encounter Claim Integrity of the Comprehensive Health Care Program, Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, May 2019 #391-0702-17 Chair Hall motioned to adopt the House Oversight Committee Report Recommendations Office of the Auditor General Performance Audit Report Oversight and Encounter Claim Integrity of the Comprehensive Health Care Program report. The motion prevailed 9-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Hall, Reilly, Webber, S Johnson, LaFave, Schroeder, C Johnson, Camilleri, LaGrand. Nays: None. Pass: None. Representative LaFave motioned to refer Office of the Auditor General Performance Audit Report Oversight and Encounter Claim Integrity of the Comprehensive Health Care Program, Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, May 2019 #391-0702-17 to the committee on Appropriations.
